What MobiWorth is. A reader of public pages. We show what a buyback platform printed for the device you asked about, then hand you to that platform. We buy nothing, hold nothing, pay nothing, and settle nothing. Using the site means accepting this.
1. Independence
MobiWorth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any phone manufacturer or recommerce platform. Specifically:
- We are not an official partner of Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus or any other brand
- No manufacturer has authorised us to represent its trade-in or buyback programme
- We are not formally associated with the platforms we read, and listing one is not a partnership
- Being shown first means a number was higher at the moment we read it — nothing more
2. Trademarks
Brand names, product names and logos on this site belong to their owners. We use them descriptively, so you can find your own phone — nominative fair use, not a claim of ownership or sponsorship. iPhone belongs to Apple, Galaxy to Samsung Electronics, Pixel and Android to Google, OnePlus to OnePlus Technology, Redmi and Xiaomi to Xiaomi Corporation, and each platform name we list belongs to the company that operates it. If we have used a mark in a way that oversteps, tell us and we will correct it.
3. Price accuracy
Three limits on every figure shown here:
- A price was correct when we read it, and the platform can change it at any moment
- The final number is set after a physical inspection we do not perform and cannot see
- Condition grading differs between platforms, so two quotes for “good” are not quotes for the same thing
A gap is left as a gap. Where a platform did not answer, we say no quote rather than implying a price of zero, and we do not fill a missing figure with a calculated estimate and label it live.
4. Not financial advice
Comparisons are informational. Whether to sell, trade in or keep a device is your decision, and we do not guarantee you achieved the best available price — only that we showed what we could read at that time.
5. Transactions happen elsewhere
- The agreement is between you and the platform, never between you and MobiWorth
- We do not process payments, arrange pickups, hold devices, or set payout timing
- Disputes, delays and revised quotes are the platform's to answer for
- Their terms apply the moment you click through, and those terms can change without notice to us
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MobiWorth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from information on this site or from a transaction with a platform we listed. The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, implied or express. This is not a certified or audited position; it is a statement of the limits we operate within.
7. Legal framework
MobiWorth operates from India. The laws that bear on what we do are the Information Technology Act, 2000 (we act as an intermediary, not as the seller), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for personal data, and intellectual property law for the marks in section 2. We describe these as the regime we aim to meet and correct against, not as a compliance certificate we hold.
8. No endorsement
- A listing is a read, not a recommendation
- We do not verify the quality of any platform's service and have no inspection rights
- Reports about a platform come from that platform's own customers, not from us
- Read the terms on their page before you commit a device to a courier
9. Changes
This disclaimer may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version; we will not quietly narrow a statement made under an earlier one.
