What you are agreeing to. MobiWorth is a lookup tool. It reads what buyback platforms publish and shows it to you. Using the site means accepting these terms and the laws that apply to you.
1. Acceptance
- You must be at least 16 to use this service
- You must comply with the laws that apply where you are
- If you do not agree with a part of these terms, stop using the site
2. What the service is
MobiWorth reads the public offer pages of Indian buyback platforms when you search, and lists what each one printed for the configuration you chose.
- We read public pages. We do not certify the platforms whose pages we read
- We do not buy phones, arrange pickups, or pay out
- We are not a party to any transaction between you and a platform
- A figure on this page is a pointer to a quote that has to be confirmed on the partner's site
3. Your responsibilities
- Describe your device truthfully — condition and configuration both change the quote
- Do not use the service for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Do not attempt to manipulate the lookup or hammer it with automated traffic
- Respect the intellectual property of MobiWorth and of the platforms we read
4. Accuracy
What we can and cannot stand behind:
- Platforms change their printed prices at any moment, without telling us
- A binding quote follows the platform's own physical inspection
- We cannot guarantee that any offer stays available
- Condition grades mean different things on different platforms
- A platform that returned nothing is shown as no quote — never as ₹0
5. Third-party transactions
- When you continue, you deal directly with that platform under its terms
- MobiWorth is not responsible for their conditions, policies, or payout decisions
- Payment, pickup and data erasure are theirs to honour
- Disputes go to the platform you chose, not to us
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- MobiWorth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a figure shown here
- We are not responsible for losses in a transaction we are not part of
- Our total liability is limited to any amount you paid us for the service
- The service is provided as it is, without implied warranties
7. Intellectual property
- Brand names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the platform, not to suggest endorsement
- Our own text, layout and code may not be copied or redistributed without permission
- Content on a partner page remains the property of that partner
8. Privacy
Your use of MobiWorth is also covered by our privacy policy, which says what we collect, what we do not, and how to reach us about it.
9. Termination
- We may suspend access that breaks these terms
- We may change or discontinue the service, and will say so here
- We may remove content that violates these terms
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of India.
11. Changes
When these terms change materially the date above moves. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
